Child Care Center: General Information

  • Enrollment

The center accepts children on a full-time and part-time basis.

  • Registration

To enroll in our program, parents (preferably with the child to be enrolled) schedule a visit to our program.  If enrollment is desired, registration forms and a medical form including documentation of age appropriate immunizations from the child's doctor should be completed .  Upon presentation of completed registration and medical forms, and the payment of appropriate registration fees, enrollment may begin.  Thereafter, children are re-enrolled each May for the following school year.  Please click on Registration Form below.

After initially completing your child's registration papers, please notify the office of any changes in address, phone number, employment, insurance, and custodianship.  The office staff will make corrections to the child's file.  It is most important that correct information be readily accessible to the staff in case of emergencies.  A copy of each child's information is taken with the children on all field trips.

  • Licensing
